Something, Computer security analyst Babak Pasdar says, not even its own employees have.
During an infrastructure migration, Babak was asked to leave the "Quantico Circuit" open with no usage logger, firewalls and unlimited access.
Apparently FBI headquarters is in Quantico, Virginia.
Sources seem to piece together the carrier to be Verizon, but with no hard evidence.
